convenient location helpful staff complimentary coffee limited storage noisy system small room
the location proved convenient (it was close to transportation hubs). the staff was generally helpful. i appreciated the complimentary coffee available each morning. it helped start the day.
the room felt quite small. storage space was limited. the heating system made a lot of noise, and it affected my sleep. (i did bring earplugs).

location good, room not so much
unclean door loud engine
the room was pretty small (a bit of a surprise). the back of the door was not clean at all. there was also this loud engine noise at night, maybe from the heat. it wasn't constant, but it made sleeping a little difficult.
